Using locally sourced ingredients when possible, the menu includes tasty options such as an Open-Faced Farmer's Omelet loaded with veggies and topped with goat cheese, and a Salmon Nicoise Salad with haricot vert, french olives, egg, cherry tomatoes dressed in a deliciously simple lemon vinaigrette.
